the hotel is a manageable distance from both the city center and the alhambra, a convenient location for exploring. it is also very close to the train station. taxis were cheaper here than in other cities i visited. the hotel has secure parking opposite.
I noticed the corridors were a little dusty . That was a minor issue.

I found the staff very polite and efficient. the junior suite i had was spacious and super clean, which i appreciated. breakfast had plenty of choices. That was a plus. local buses ran near the hotel. A bus pass is recommended.
the breakfast area had one waitress i saw that was quite rude to guests.

the bedroom was big with a large comfortable bed i found the bathroom to be very clean and spacious it had a bathtub and a real hairdryer breakfast was excellent with fresh squeezed orange juice they provided a variety of fresh breads pastries sausages and cheese. the hotel is conveniently located just minutes from a bus stop it's a quick five minute walk and it takes you to the cathedral in about six to eight minutes
a waitress in the breakfast area was quite rude to some hotel guests this morning i saw that the guests were making small sandwiches to take with them because they weren't quite hungry yet the waitress took the sandwiches and reprimanded the guests publicly it wasn't friendly at all

there is an amazing spa named ges spa i paid €15 for a 75 minute session it was truly a unique experience that i really enjoyed they have pristine facilities including a rooftop terrace i found to be a great place to relax.

all the staff were very polite and efficient the front desk personnel including andrea and lucia were friendly and informative i noted room service was prompt and helpful throughout my stay they maintained the rooms well and cleaned them on time.

breakfast was good with plenty of choices available each morning i thought the breakfast had the best quality ingredients it included a perfect spread of vegetarian friendly options it featured a variety of breads pastries sausages and cheese for guests to enjoy.
